Finding a Bookmark
The Bookmark Manager panel includes a search field that helps the user quickly find saved bookmarks. The search supports partial names and minor misspellings, so the user does not need to remember the exact bookmark name.
Follow the steps below to find a bookmark:
- Enter the bookmark name in the search field available at the top of the Bookmark Manager panel. If the user cannot recall the exact name, the search will suggest bookmarks whose names contain or closely resemble the typed text.

- The matching bookmarks will be displayed below the search field, with the closest matches listed first.
- Click the desired bookmark to navigate the Map View directly to that bookmark’s extent.
Renaming a Bookmark
The user can rename any existing bookmark directly from the Bookmark Manager panel.
Follow the steps below to rename a bookmark:
- Locate the bookmark to be renamed in the Bookmark Manager panel.
- Click the edit option (i.e., pencil icon) associated with that bookmark.

- The name of the selected bookmark will become editable. Type the new name and press the [Enter] key or click anywhere outside the bookmark name to save the changes.

Deleting a Bookmark
The user can delete a bookmark that is no longer needed in the Bookmark Manager panel.
Follow the steps below to delete a bookmark:
- Locate the bookmark to be deleted in the Bookmark Manager panel.
- Click the delete icon associated with that bookmark.

- The bookmark will be deleted from the Bookmark Manager panel.

Navigating to a Saved Bookmark
When one or more bookmarks are available in the Bookmark Manager panel, the user can quickly navigate to the saved Map View extent for a selected bookmark.
To navigate to a saved bookmark, the user can click the bookmark entry (or its thumbnail image) in the Bookmark Manager panel. The Map View will reposition and zoom to the bookmark’s saved extent.
